Dental Implants

Replacement of single, multiple or all missing teeth using precision-guided implant dentistry for long-lasting, natural-looking results. Implants are man-made tooth roots placed into the jaw bone. They function like natural roots once placed and take two to three months to heal, a process called osseointegration. They can also anchor dentures securely where bone loss has made dentures difficult to wear.

Full Mouth Rehabilitation

Worn, damaged or missing teeth rebuilt in phases so the bite, the jaw joints and the muscles of mastication work together again. Worn edges, leaking fillings and missing teeth affect more than the mouth, and rebuilding them improves nutrition as well as comfort.

Full Mouth Rehabilitation

A systematic rebuilding of the bite, one tooth at a time, for teeth worn by grinding, large old fillings, trauma or decay. Old records, current medical history and present X-rays are read together and the plan is built around the patient. It restores the collapsed bite and rebuilds the vertical height of the face. This is not a cosmetic procedure. The aesthetics follow as a byproduct.

How it runs. Faulty restorations are removed first. Extractions or implants follow where they are needed, then any root canals, then the final restorative phase.

Crowns & Ceramic Bridges

Metal-free ceramic and zirconia restorations designed to restore strength, function and natural aesthetics. Ceramic crowns are milled from zirconium dioxide or lithium disilicate and are biocompatible with the oral cavity. Metal-ceramic options use cobalt, nickel or chromium alloys, with titanium and gold available where a more inert metal is wanted. Anyone with a metal allergy should be in a full ceramic crown. Crowns and bridges are designed and milled using CAD CAM.

Tooth-Coloured Restorations, Inlays & Onlays

High-quality composite fillings and aesthetic restorations for the repair of decayed, fractured or worn teeth. Inlays and onlays are used where a filling would be too weak and a crown would be too much.

Clear Aligners & Orthodontics

Correction of crooked, crowded or spaced teeth using Invisalign®, Spark® and other advanced clear aligner systems, along with conventional orthodontic appliances for both cosmetic enhancement and functional correction. Treats overbite, underbite, crossbite, open bite, gaps and crowding.

Invisalign is made from a flexible thermoplastic called SmartTrack. Aligners are less noticeable than brackets and wires rather than fully invisible, and they need to be worn twenty to twenty-two hours a day to work. Ceramic and metal braces move teeth by the same mechanism; ceramic brackets simply sit more discreetly.

Root Canal & Endodontics

Quick and painless root canals to save infected teeth, with specialised retreatment when a previous one has failed.

Root Canal Treatment

Microscopic and precision endodontic treatment to save infected teeth while relieving pain and preserving natural dentition. The inflamed pulp is removed from inside the tooth and the space is sealed. A crown is fitted a few weeks later to protect the tooth mechanically. Treating the tooth stops infection reaching neighbouring teeth and the jaw bone.

A treated tooth lasts ten years or more, depending on diet, oral hygiene and any grinding habit.

Re-Root Canal Treatment
